The Katool KT-M110 is an 11,000-lb clear-floor two-post lift — the clear-floor design keeps the space between the columns open at ground level, eliminating the base plates that run across the floor on standard two-post designs. That means no tripping hazard, easier movement around the vehicle during service, and a cleaner bay overall. It's CE approved and tested to 115% dynamic and 150% static load capacity. Available in 220V or 110V/60Hz/1PH. Note: requires a minimum 5.9" (150mm) concrete floor rated at 3,000 PSI.
Dual hydraulic chain-drive cylinders keep both arms rising in sync, and the dual-side manual safety release lets the operator drop the locks from either column — useful in tighter bays where one side is harder to access. The overhead safety shutoff bar stops the lift automatically if it contacts an obstacle at the top of travel, adding a layer of protection not found on every lift in this class. Extension support adaptors at +30mm and +120mm cover vehicles where standard arm reach doesn't land on the correct contact points, and rubber pad door opening protection guards vehicle finishes throughout the lift. Warranty
Katool provides a limited one-year (12-month) warranty covering all parts and product defects at no charge. A 2-year extended warranty plan is also available for any Katool or M&E automotive equipment.
What's Covered:
- Cylinders, power units, motors, displays, and electronics.
- Vehicle lifts receive an additional three-year (36-month) warranty on structural components.
Warranty Conditions:
- Claims must be submitted within the active warranty period.
- The warranty is non-transferable and requires the original order number along with proof of purchase from Katool or an authorized vendor.
- Approved claims will receive replacement parts at no cost, including free shipping.
Important Notes:
- All claims are subject to review and approval by Katool's warranty and service department.
- Photos and/or videos of the defect may be required to process a claim.
- Do not disassemble any equipment before the issue has been assessed and a determination has been made.
- Equipment that falls outside the warranty policy will not be covered — the buyer assumes responsibility for replacement parts and associated shipping costs.
