The Katool KT-M120 brings 12,000 lbs (5,500 kg) of lifting capacity to a clear-floor two-post design — the highest capacity in Katool's clear-floor two-post lineup. The open floor between the columns means no base plates crossing the bay, no trip points, and unrestricted movement around the vehicle during service. It's CE approved and tested to 115% dynamic and 150% static load capacity. Available in 220V or 110V/60Hz/1PH. Note: requires a minimum 5.9" (150mm) concrete floor rated at 3,000 PSI.
At 12,000 lbs, the KT-M120 handles heavier trucks, commercial vehicles, and loaded SUVs that push against the limits of an 11,000-lb lift — without giving up the clean bay floor that makes the clear-floor design worth choosing. Dual hydraulic chain-drive cylinders keep both arms rising in sync, and the dual-side manual safety release operates from either column. The overhead safety shutoff bar automatically stops the lift if it contacts an obstacle at the top of travel. Extended support adaptors at +30mm and +120mm cover vehicles where standard arm reach doesn't reach the correct contact points, and rubber pad door opening protection guards vehicle finishes throughout the lift. Feet-protection safety guardrails with an integrated toolbox round out the safety features at the base.

Warranty
Katool provides a limited one-year (12-month) warranty covering all parts and product defects at no charge. A 2-year extended warranty plan is also available for any Katool or M&E automotive equipment.
What's Covered:
- Cylinders, power units, motors, displays, and electronics.
- Vehicle lifts receive an additional three-year (36-month) warranty on structural components.
Warranty Conditions:
- Claims must be submitted within the active warranty period.
- The warranty is non-transferable and requires the original order number along with proof of purchase from Katool or an authorized vendor.
- Approved claims will receive replacement parts at no cost, including free shipping.
Important Notes:
- All claims are subject to review and approval by Katool's warranty and service department.
- Photos and/or videos of the defect may be required to process a claim.
- Do not disassemble any equipment before the issue has been assessed and a determination has been made.
- Equipment that falls outside the warranty policy will not be covered — the buyer assumes responsibility for replacement parts and associated shipping costs.
