The PTC400 tire changer uses a center-post swing-arm design with a high-torque 110V electric turntable, giving technicians stable control when working with a wide range of wheel types. It supports 10"–26" rim clamping, up to 43" tire diameter, and 15" max wheel width (13" reversed), making it suitable for modern OEM wheels and low-profile setups. A left-hand assist arm with bead pressing and lifting support helps reduce strain when dealing with stiff sidewalls or run-flat tires. The system also includes a metal mount/demount head with replaceable plastic inserts to protect alloy wheels, plus an anodized aluminum bead-breaker cylinder and air-operated bead breaker system (120–145 PSI external air required). The PWB90XL wheel balancer brings a more automated, data-driven balancing process. Its 3D video interface with Super Automatic data entry uses a single gauge for offset and diameter while touchless sonar measures rim width, eliminating manual measuring arms. A laser line and LED-lit chamber improve accuracy during weight placement. It supports static, dynamic, ALU-S, Optimatch, FES split, OPF, and NWN modes, and balances wheels up to 165 lb with 1-gram accuracy. The system is self-calibrating, self-diagnosing, and does not require anchoring, making installation simple and flexible.
