The Autel CVMAGLS Commercial Vehicle ADAS Glass Package expands an existing Autel MA600 Mobile ADAS Calibration System to support dynamic and static ADAS calibrations for Class 3–5 and Class 6–8 commercial vehicles. Designed for shops that already use the MA600 platform, this package adds the MaxiSYS 909CV diagnostic tablet, CV Pattern calibration target, and mounting bracket needed to bring heavy-duty truck calibration capabilities into your existing mobile workflow.

The included MaxiSYS 909CV provides commercial vehicle diagnostics and ADAS calibration support with one year of free software updates included. The CV Pattern is used for Bendix Wingman camera system calibration, while the dedicated bracket mounts the target directly to the MA600 frame for proper positioning during calibration. The system also supports static camera calibrations on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and RAM ProMaster vans when the required MA600 LDW patterns are already available.

Built for commercial truck repair shops, fleet maintenance facilities, glass replacement specialists, collision centers, and mobile ADAS technicians, the CVMAGLS is an efficient way to expand service coverage without purchasing a separate calibration platform. It allows existing MA600 users to add heavy-duty vehicle capabilities while continuing to use the same mobile setup. The Autel MA600 frame and LDW pattern set are required separately.

The IWA500 database is continuously updated with OE-sourced alignment specifications covering domestic, European, Asian, and emerging EV platforms. Vehicle coverage spans 1975 to current production, including ADAS-equipped and electronic-steering vehicles that require Steering Angle Sensor (SAS) relearn after alignment.

The mobile design allows the IWA500T to work with an existing alignment lift or scissor lift. The auto-tracking crossbar follows the vehicle as the lift moves, eliminating the need for a fixed installation in a dedicated bay.
