The QRS10HP-150 is a 10 HP rotary screw compressor built for 100% continuous-duty operation, combining a TEFC motor, rotary screw airend, and 132-gallon horizontal receiver in one tank-mounted package. It runs on 208-230/460V 3-phase power and is designed for shops that need sustained compressed air throughout a busy workday rather than a piston compressor that must cycle and cool between periods of operation. Note: published information conflicts on the pressure and airflow figures. The model designation indicates 150 PSI, while the feature list states 125 PSI and 40 CFM; another listing field shows 35 CFM. Confirm the factory airend specifications with us before ordering if pressure or delivered airflow is critical to your application.
The 132-gallon receiver provides more than basic air storage. It helps absorb sudden increases in demand when multiple tools operate at once, gives moisture an opportunity to condense before entering the shop's piping, and provides additional volume for the compressor's load/no-load control cycle. The machine unloads when demand stops and shuts down after a timed idle period, avoiding unnecessary continuous running and rapid cycling. Both the oil filter and air/oil separator use spin-on elements, making routine service a straightforward filter replacement, while vibration-isolated mounting helps limit vibration transfer into the receiver and floor. The control panel is UL, cUL, and CSA approved and housed in a NEMA 1 enclosure. Sound output is rated at 66 dBA.
This compressor is suited to independent automotive repair shops, tire and fleet operations, fabrication facilities, and busy multi-bay service shops that have outgrown piston equipment. The continuous-duty airend makes it appropriate for applications where several technicians may use compressed air throughout the day, including equipment that keeps the compressor loaded for extended periods. Because the package does not include an integrated dryer, shops using paint equipment, air-operated gauges, or other moisture-sensitive applications should plan for appropriate downstream drying and filtration. Its 3-phase electrical requirement should also be confirmed before purchase.

Approvals, Stated Plainly
The listed approval applies to the electrical panel: UL, cUL and CSA approved, inside a NEMA 1 enclosure. That covers the panel, not the pressure vessel.
The data makes no registration claim about the receiver. If your insurer, jurisdiction or plant safety program requires vessel documentation for a tank this size, ask us before ordering and we’ll obtain the manufacturer’s documentation rather than leave you guessing.
Shipping & Delivery
Palletized freight to the lower 48, with shipping quoted live at checkout. At roughly 589 lbs, you’ll need a forklift, loading dock or carrier-terminal pickup. Residential delivery carries an additional fee.
Inspect the tank shell, shroud and pallet before signing. Photograph any damage and record it on the bill of lading while the driver is present. A clean signature can make a later freight-damage claim much harder.
Warranty
Standard warranty coverage is 1 year. A 5-year term is available when the unit is commissioned by a factory-authorized startup, typically billed at $350. Budget commissioning into the installation if you want the longer warranty term.
If you need to make a warranty claim, do not open the airend, separator housing or control panel first. Keep the machine assembled so the manufacturer can properly assess the issue.
