Note: installation requires a minimum 4-inch, 3,000 PSI concrete slab and approximately 12 feet of ceiling clearance.

The lift uses a chain-drive system with dual hydraulic cylinders and cable equalization to keep both carriages moving together during operation. A complete lifting cycle takes around 40 seconds, while mechanical safety locks secure the vehicle at the desired height. The 72-inch maximum lifting height provides comfortable under-vehicle working space for most technicians, while the 4.5-inch lowered height makes it easier to position lower-clearance vehicles without additional ramps.

The Triumph NTO-10A is backed by a 1-year parts-only warranty. If a covered component fails, customers can contact Triumph for phone-based troubleshooting, and the replacement part will be shipped free of charge via ground service, including both the part and shipping costs.

Shipping & Delivery

The Triumph NTO-10A ships via LTL common-carrier freight on a standard semi-trailer and weighs approximately 1,407 lbs on the pallet. The freight carrier delivers to the provided address; however, unloading is the customer’s responsibility.

A forklift, telehandler, tractor, or similar equipment is required to remove the lift from the truck. Lift-gate service is not available for automotive lifts of this size.

The freight carrier will arrange a delivery appointment at a physical address. If a semi-truck cannot access the delivery location, the lift can be shipped to the carrier’s nearest freight terminal for customer pickup with an appropriate trailer.
