The AMGO 071102 220V/60Hz Single Phase Manual Power Unit is a commercial-duty hydraulic power unit designed to deliver consistent lifting performance for heavy-duty two-post and four-post lifts. Built for demanding shop environments, it provides the hydraulic force needed to operate larger lift systems while keeping controls simple and reliable for daily technician use.

At its core, this unit is engineered around a high-pressure gear pump (2.1 cc/r) paired with a 14L high-density polyethylene oil tank, giving it stable hydraulic output across repeated lift cycles. The system is rated for up to 25 MPa maximum pressure with a 21 MPa relief setting, helping protect internal components during high-load operation. A manual Detrol release valve provides direct control over lowering, allowing technicians to manage descent with predictable, mechanical reliability instead of complex electronics.

What makes this power unit especially practical in real shop use is its balance of strength and serviceability. The adjustable reflux (return) speed valve allows fine-tuning of lowering speed depending on the lift or workload, while dual-side oil outlet ports simplify installation and hose routing in different shop layouts. This makes it easier to integrate into existing setups without redesigning hydraulic lines.

This unit is compatible with a wide range of AMGO lift models, including OH, BP, PRO, and heavy-duty series such as OH-15 and PRO-18, making it a flexible replacement or upgrade option across multiple configurations.

It is best suited for professional repair shops, dealership service departments, and commercial facilities that rely on high-capacity AMGO lifts for daily operation. With its ETL certification, heavy-duty hydraulic design, and large-capacity reservoir, the 071102 is built for long-term use where consistent power delivery and straightforward maintenance are essential.
