The Katool KT-M150D is a 15,000-lb symmetric two-post lift built for fleet shops, truck service bays, and commercial garages that have outgrown the 10,000–12,000 lb class. The direct-drive cylinder system replaces chain-over-sheave lifting with a cleaner mechanical path — fewer wearing parts, smoother cycles, and less routine maintenance over time. Symmetric column geometry centers the load between the posts for balanced lifting across the full 15,000-lb range. Note: requires 220V/60Hz power and a minimum 5.9" concrete floor rated at 3,000 PSI — verify your slab before scheduling installation. Ships freight.

The single-point lock release drops both columns simultaneously from one lever, so the operator never has to walk the lift to release each side independently. The lifting frame is fabricated from Q235 and Q245 structural steel, and the standard arm package ships with round pads and stacking sleeves — the right hardware for trucks, vans, and vehicles with higher frame rails that standard pads can't reach cleanly. Maximum lifting height reaches 72.83 inches for full stand-up undercar access, with 116 inches of clearance between columns and an overall installed height of 176.8 inches. A 3 kW (4 HP) motor drives the hydraulic system.
