The Triumph USA8000XLT is an 8,000 lb extended-length four-post lift built in the United States for garages and shops that need extra room for longer vehicles. With 180" runways, a 222" overall length with ramps installed, and an 83" maximum lifting height, it provides enough space for larger trucks, SUVs, and vehicles that exceed the footprint of standard four-post lifts. The design has been used for more than 20 years and supports both vehicle storage and service work in the same bay.

The lift uses a single hydraulic power unit with a four-cable equalized system to keep all corners rising together and maintain a level platform. 14 automatic mechanical locking positions hold the vehicle securely on steel locks once the desired height is reached, while a single-point release lowers all four locks together. For added versatility, the included jack tray allows the use of a bottle jack or floor jack for wheels-free service, and three drip trays help protect vehicles stored underneath.

Compatibility & Site Requirements

The Triumph USA8000XLT is designed for cars, trucks, and SUVs up to its 8,000 lb rated capacity. Before installation, confirm that your location meets the following requirements:

• Concrete Requirements: Minimum 4" thick, 3,500 PSI steel-reinforced concrete with no more than 2 degrees of slope. Installation on asphalt, wood, or other surfaces is not recommended.
• Electrical Requirements: Requires a 110V outlet within reach of the power-unit column.
• Clearance Requirements: Allow approximately 60" of clearance from the nearest wall to install the safety-latch linkage rods. Keep the installation area clear of overhead obstructions such as heaters, structural supports, and electrical lines.
• Lowered Height: Runways sit approximately 5" above the floor when fully lowered and load using the included drive-on approach ramps.
