The Fortisky FTC-1660 & FWB-8833 Combo pairs a heavy-duty dual assist arm tire changer with a 3D millimeter-wave dynamic display balancer — a complete wheel service setup engineered for shops where cycle time, accuracy, and rim protection all matter daily. The FTC-1660's 186mm steel bead breaker cylinder is rated for 600,000+ cycles, its working head is high-frequency quenched and hard chrome-plated for wear resistance, and the one-piece machined chuck base keeps the machine rigid under heavy daily use — built differently than standard shop equipment from the ground up.

On the changer, dual assist arms deliver controlled leverage on stiff sidewalls, low-profile tires, and run-flat beads without physical strain on the technician. A self-centering four-jaw automatic turntable provides consistent, secure clamping, the turbo blast direct-connect inflation system seats beads efficiently on the first attempt, and reinforced embedded plastic protections on the claws, bead breaker, and working head keep rim contact clean throughout. On the balancer, the FWB-8833's 3D millimeter-wave measurement and dynamic display screen provide real-time guidance for fast, accurate decision-making at every step. 3D fully automatic data entry handles measurements without manual input, laser-guided weight placement takes the guesswork out of positioning, and one-button intelligent balance point positioning rotates the wheel automatically for faster correction. A dual-channel air cooling and flow diversion system reduces motherboard heat by 35% for long-term reliability, and a mechanical keyboard eliminates the lag and misreads common with touchscreen interfaces in busy shop environments.

This combo is built for professional tire shops and multi-bay service centers running high daily volume, performance and luxury vehicle specialists where low-profile and stiff sidewall tires are routine, and high-throughput garages that need matched equipment delivering consistent, comeback-free results shift after shift.
