The Fortisky FWB-8823 is a 2D fully automatic wheel balancer built for shops where turnaround speed and measurement accuracy both matter. The linear grating measurement scale captures rim parameters with higher precision than standard arm-based measurement, and the entire data entry process is automated — extend the gauge, lower the guard, and the machine reads width, diameter, and offset without manual input. At a 7-second measurement cycle, it keeps pace with a busy tire bay without the balancer becoming the bottleneck.

Three features separate the FWB-8823 from basic automatic balancers in this class. First, a laser weight placement indicator projects the exact weight location onto the rim rather than relying on the operator to interpret a dial readout — faster to act on and less prone to placement error. Second, smart balance-point positioning automatically rotates the wheel and locks it at the correct weight location, so the wheel is ready to work on when it stops spinning rather than requiring manual repositioning. Third, self-calibration maintains measurement consistency over time without technician intervention — relevant on a machine that runs dozens of cycles daily where calibration drift goes unnoticed until comebacks start appearing. A built-in LED work light illuminates the rim during weight placement, a practical detail in bays where overhead lighting doesn't always reach the work surface. Multiple balance modes cover standard, alloy, and specialty rim types, and a full safety wheel guard is included.

The FWB-8823 is a strong fit for high-volume tire shops and dealership service bays where the balancer runs continuously through a shift, and for shops upgrading from a manual-input machine where automatic data entry and laser placement guidance will reduce per-wheel time and callback rates immediately.
