The Katool KT-AS110D is an 11,000-lb asymmetric two-post lift — the asymmetric arm configuration positions the vehicle further back from the columns, leaving enough clearance to open doors fully while the car is in the air. That's the practical difference between a symmetric and asymmetric design, and it matters in any shop where technicians need interior access during a lift. It's CE approved and tested to 115% dynamic and 150% static load capacity. Standard power is 220V/60Hz/1PH, with a 110V option available. Note: requires 5.9" (150mm) concrete rated at 3,000 PSI.

The direct drive cylinders move the arms without a chain in the system, which means fewer wear points and more consistent lifting performance over time compared to chain-drive setups. A single-point lock release handles all positions simultaneously, and adjustable extended support adaptor sets ranging from 3.94" to 6" give you the flexibility to fit the lift pads to different vehicle contact points without sourcing separate adapters. Rubber pad door opening protection guards vehicle finishes during the lift process. Safety coverage extends beyond the lock system: an overhead safety shutoff bar stops the lift if it contacts an obstacle at the top of travel, and feet-protection safety guardrails with an integrated toolbox keep the area around the base organized and protected during operation.

The KT-AS110D suits auto repair shops where technicians regularly need door or interior access while a vehicle is elevated, dealerships and service centers running a mix of sedans and larger vehicles where door clearance is a daily consideration, and independent garages handling higher-end vehicles where door protection and adapter flexibility matter as much as raw capacity.
