The Katool KT-H120D is a 12,000-lb two-post lift — 2,000 lbs above the standard class — built for shops that regularly handle heavier trucks, full-size SUVs, and vehicles that push the limits of a 10,000-lb lift. The base plate design eliminates the overhead beam for a cleaner installation, and dual hydraulic chain-drive cylinders keep both arms rising in sync for balanced, stable lifts across the full travel range. Requires 220V/60Hz/1PH power. Symmetric arm design centers the vehicle between the columns, suited to shops working a consistent mix of passenger cars and light trucks.

The single-side manual safety release handles all locking positions from one column, keeping the operation straightforward in bays where access to both sides of the lift isn't always practical. Screw-on pads allow the lift points to be set precisely for each vehicle's contact points rather than relying on a fixed pad position, and the +100mm extension support adaptors add reach for vehicles where the standard arm length doesn't land correctly. Rubber pad door opening protection guards vehicle finishes throughout the lift process.

The KT-H120D is a strong fit for independent repair shops that handle a mix of passenger vehicles and heavier trucks where a 10,000-lb lift creates capacity concerns on certain jobs, fleet maintenance operations running full-size trucks and vans that need the extra rated weight, and any shop upgrading from a lower-capacity two-post and looking for a symmetric design that covers their vehicle mix without stepping up to a four-post.

Features

• 80-Ton Lifting Capacity: Delivers up to 80 tons of force at lower travel and 40 tons at full extension, making it well-suited for the most demanding shop applications.
• Air-Actuated Hydraulic Operation: Runs entirely on shop compressed air, eliminating the need for manual pumping and providing consistent, powerful operation.
• Two-Stage Telescoping Chrome-Plated Ram: Dual-stage design maximizes reach and versatility, with smooth chrome-plated construction for reliable, long-lasting performance.
• Single-Trigger Control with Automatic Return: Simplified one-trigger operation with automatic ram return streamlines the workflow and reduces operator effort.
• Integrated Air Filter and Oil-Water Separator: Built-in filtration on the supply line protects internal components and ensures clean, consistent air delivery for reliable operation.
• Foldable Carry Handle: Collapses for compact storage and convenient transport when not in use.
• Built-In Wheels and Positioning Handle: Allows for effortless repositioning anywhere in the shop without heavy lifting or manual dragging.
• Heavy-Duty Welded Steel Frame: Robust welded steel construction provides the structural integrity and durability needed for continuous heavy-duty use.
• Low 7.6" Minimum Height: Compact low-profile design allows easy access in tight under-vehicle spaces where clearance is limited.
