The Fortisky 1670-8823 Combo pairs a 2.0 HP tilt-back tire changer with the FWB-8823 2D fully automatic wheel balancer — a complete wheel service setup built for shops handling everything from standard passenger sets to stiff sidewalls, low-profiles, and run-flats without slowing down the bay. The tilt-back pneumatic column is the defining feature of the changer: it opens up the working space around the wheel, giving technicians room to maneuver on larger and more demanding assemblies while reducing the fatigue that builds up over a full shift.

The FTC-1670 changer is built for consistency under daily load. A four-jaw automatic self-centering turntable clamps wheels accurately and repeatedly, the one-piece machined chuck base keeps the machine rigid over time, and the high-frequency quenched, hard chrome-plated working head is engineered for long wear life. A helper arm with three-point push system adds controlled leverage on stiff and low-profile sidewalls, the turbo blast inflation system with dual safety button design seats beads quickly and safely, and protective covers on all rim-contact tools keep cosmetic damage off customer wheels throughout the process. The FWB-8823 balancer matches that pace with 2D fully automatic data entry and automatic width calculation that eliminate most manual measurement steps. Laser-guided weight placement and automatic balance-point rotation with one-key lock move each wheel to the correction point without repeated repositioning, and built-in LED fill lighting keeps weight placement visible in low-light bays. Multiple rim balancing modes, self-calibration, and multi-point self-check maintain accuracy across different wheel types over time.

This combo is well-suited for tire service centers and automotive repair shops running high daily volume, dealership service departments that need matched equipment performing consistently across all bays, and performance and specialty garages where accuracy on low-profile and modern alloy wheels is a baseline expectation.
