The Triumph NTB-1200 Electronic Truck Wheel Balancer is a heavy-duty computer wheel balancer designed to service everything from passenger vehicles to over-the-road truck wheels on a single machine. With support for 10" to 28" wheels, tire diameters up to 51", rim widths from 1.5" to 20", and wheel assemblies weighing up to 350 lbs, it eliminates the need for separate passenger and commercial balancers in many professional service environments.

Built for efficiency, the NTB-1200 features an automatic gauge arm that measures wheel distance and diameter, reducing manual setup and helping technicians move through balancing jobs more quickly. Powered by a 1/3 HP motor, the machine completes a balancing cycle in approximately 8 seconds while delivering ±1 gram balancing resolution for standard applications and ±10 grams when working with heavier counterweights. The display can be switched between standard and metric units, providing flexibility for different shop preferences.

The balancer offers multiple operating modes to accommodate a wide variety of wheel types and weight placement methods, including Dynamic, Static, ALU 1–3, ALU-S, and OPT balancing programs. A protective wheel hood is included to improve operator safety during the balancing process while helping protect the machine from debris.
