The Triumph NTB-800 is a computer wheel balancer designed to speed up workflow while maintaining ±1 gram balancing accuracy. Its standout feature is automatic data entry, which measures the wheel's diameter and offset using the gauge arm, leaving the operator to enter only the rim width. This reduces setup time and minimizes input errors compared to manual-entry balancers. Operating on standard 110V power, the NTB-800 is an excellent fit for busy automotive service bays.

Every balance cycle takes just 6–9 seconds, with results displayed on a dual LED screen in either grams or ounces. A built-in foot-pedal wheel brake locks the wheel in place while weights are installed, improving placement accuracy and reducing the need for additional correction spins. The balancer also offers multiple operating modes—including Dynamic, Static, ALU 1–3, ALUS, OPT, Hidden Weight (HID), and Motorcycle mode—to accommodate a wide range of wheel and weight configurations.

Ideal for tire shops, automotive repair facilities, dealerships, and performance garages, the NTB-800 balances 10" to 28" wheels, supports tires up to 44" in diameter, and handles assemblies weighing up to 150 lbs. It is compatible with passenger cars, light trucks, run-flat tires, and Load Range C, D, and E applications, with an optional adapter available for motorcycle wheels. For shops building a complete tire service station, the NTB-800 pairs seamlessly with the Triumph NTC-950, NTC-950-1, and NTC-950-2 tire changers.

Features

• Automatic data entry — Enter the rim width only; the gauge arm automatically captures rim diameter and offset distance when it contacts the wheel, reducing setup time and input errors

• Foot-pedal wheel brake — Locks the shaft in place so the wheel stays steady while weights are installed for precise correction

• Multiple balancing modes — Includes Dynamic, Static, ALU 1–3, ALUS, OPT, split/hidden-weight (HID), and Motorcycle mode for a wide range of wheel types and weight-placement requirements

• High-precision balancing — Provides ±1 gram accuracy with a fast 6–9 second cycle time for efficient shop operation

• Flexible measurement settings — Switch between grams and ounces with an adjustable least-weight threshold to prevent small residual imbalances from displaying during routine balancing tasks
