The Atlas Edge TD6000CNAK2 is a Ravaglioli Sprint Mobile 2 portable heavy-duty truck alignment system that handles 2, 3, 4, and 5 axle configurations — trucks, trailers, buses, and coaches — from a kit that lives in two industrial-grade wheeled cases with built-in calibration plates. The cases roll between bays or load onto a service vehicle for on-site fleet alignment without breaking down or recalibrating the kit between locations. Four FastClamp non-runout wheel heads transmit measurement data wirelessly to a rugged Windows 10 tablet with hand strap over WiFi and Bluetooth, and the system supports no roll-back alignment — the capability that matters on parked trailers and in bays with limited rolling clearance where a standard roll-back compensation procedure isn't practical. Made in Europe. Backed by a 2-year limited parts warranty with free software updates and remote technical support included; vehicle specifications database is licensed separately.

Two-Head Steer Axle Mode lets a single technician complete a steer-axle measurement without repositioning sensors mid-job — the workflow that reduces two-person dependency on routine steer alignments. The TEQ-LINK app exports printouts and alignment reports by email directly from the tablet at job completion. The full kit ships ready to work: four FastClamp wheel heads, twelve-piece standoff tube kit (six short, six long), superlight alloy turntables, trailer alignment package, calibration package, brake pedal depressor, and steering wheel lock — all stored in the two wheeled cases.

The TD6000CNAK2 is built for truck fleet service operations and heavy-duty alignment shops that align multi-axle vehicles regularly and need a system accurate enough for commercial compliance work, and for mobile alignment services that wheel the same calibrated kit to customer sites rather than maintaining separate shop and mobile equipment.
