This adapter set is designed to quickly convert a standard 2-post lift from chassis-support operation to full wheel-support lifting. By changing how the vehicle is carried, it expands the lift’s service range to include low-clearance cars, performance vehicles, and electric vehicles that require careful support during maintenance and battery service. It’s a practical add-on for shops that want more flexibility without replacing their existing lift system.

What makes this solution valuable is how it changes day-to-day workflow. Instead of relying on frame contact points, the adapters allow the vehicle to be supported directly at the wheels, distributing load in a way that better suits modern vehicle designs, especially EV platforms with large underfloor battery packs. This reduces clearance limitations and gives technicians safer access for underbody inspections, suspension work, and battery-related service. The installation process is designed to be straightforward, allowing the adapters to be attached or removed from the lift arms without complex tools, so the shop can switch between standard chassis lifting and wheel-support mode as needed.

This system is best suited for tire and service shops, EV-focused repair centers, and general automotive workshops that regularly handle a mix of traditional vehicles and newer low-profile or electric models. It is also useful for facilities looking to future-proof their equipment as EV adoption continues to grow. By adding this adapter set, a standard 2-post lift becomes more versatile, helping technicians safely handle a wider range of vehicles without investing in additional dedicated lifting equipment.
