The AMGO 20903 Baseplate Extension Kit is an installation accessory designed to provide additional support when a lift must be installed on a substandard foundation. Compatible with the AMGO BP-9X and BP-10 base-plate two-post lifts, this kit helps installers adapt the lift to challenging installation conditions without replacing the existing equipment.

What makes this kit valuable is its ability to improve installation flexibility. In situations where the concrete foundation does not fully meet ideal site conditions, the extension kit provides added base support to help accommodate the lift installation. It can be used on both new installations and existing lift setups, making it a practical solution for upgrades, relocations, or facilities with less-than-optimal floor conditions.

The design allows for straightforward integration with compatible BP-series lifts, minimizing installation complexity while helping maintain the stability and functionality expected from the original lift system. By expanding the base support area, it offers installers an additional option when working around site limitations.

This accessory is best suited for professional installers, repair shops, and garage owners using the AMGO BP-9X or BP-10 who need a solution for non-standard foundation conditions. It provides a practical way to adapt compatible lifts to a wider range of installation environments while preserving the lift’s usability and performance.

These special saddle adapters are designed to improve lifting safety and contact stability on vehicles where the frame layout leaves little margin for standard pad placement—especially trucks with fuel tanks mounted close to the frame rails. Instead of resting on a flat contact point, the frame is supported inside a recessed saddle, creating a more controlled and secure lifting position during service work.

What makes this design important is how it manages weight distribution on difficult chassis layouts. By allowing the frame to sit within the saddle profile, the adapter helps reduce side loading and improves stability when lifting wide trucks and SUVs. This is particularly valuable in situations where standard rubber pads may not provide enough clearance around sensitive components like fuel tanks or underbody lines.

These adapters are engineered for direct compatibility with specific AMGO two-post lift platforms, including BP-9X and BP-10 base plate lifts, as well as OH-9, OH-10, OHX-10, and OHX-10H overhead models. Once installed, they integrate with the existing arm and pad system without requiring modifications to the lift itself, making them a straightforward upgrade for shops that regularly handle mixed fleets.

This accessory is best suited for commercial repair shops, fleet maintenance facilities, tire and suspension specialists, and heavy truck service centers. It’s especially useful in environments where technicians frequently work on wide-body trucks or vehicles with complex underframe layouts, offering a safer and more stable lifting interface when standard pads are not ideal.

The AMGO 20803 screw pad assembly set is designed to upgrade the contact points on AMGO 9,000–10,000 lb two-post lifts, giving technicians more control over vehicle positioning and support height. Each set includes four complete assemblies, built to replace standard pads with a more adjustable setup that improves how the lift engages with different chassis types.

What makes this kit useful in daily shop work is its versatile insert and rubber pad design. The screw-style adjustment allows each pad to be fine-tuned to match uneven lift points, helping ensure solid, level contact across a wide range of vehicles. The included rubber pads add a protective layer between the lift arm and the vehicle, reducing the risk of surface damage while maintaining a firm grip during lifting operations. This combination improves stability, especially when working with vehicles that have varied frame heights or reinforced underbody points.

The assemblies are engineered for straightforward installation on compatible AMGO two-post lifts, making them a practical upgrade without requiring modifications to the lift itself. Once installed, they help streamline setup time by reducing the need for additional blocking or manual adjustments during positioning.

This set is ideal for general repair shops, tire and alignment centers, and home garages using 9K–10K two-post lifts who want more flexibility when handling different vehicle types. It’s especially useful for technicians working on a mix of modern passenger vehicles and light trucks, where precise lift point engagement is critical for both safety and efficiency.
