These special saddle adapters are designed to improve lifting safety and contact stability on vehicles where the frame layout leaves little margin for standard pad placement—especially trucks with fuel tanks mounted close to the frame rails. Instead of resting on a flat contact point, the frame is supported inside a recessed saddle, creating a more controlled and secure lifting position during service work.

What makes this design important is how it manages weight distribution on difficult chassis layouts. By allowing the frame to sit within the saddle profile, the adapter helps reduce side loading and improves stability when lifting wide trucks and SUVs. This is particularly valuable in situations where standard rubber pads may not provide enough clearance around sensitive components like fuel tanks or underbody lines.

These adapters are engineered for direct compatibility with specific AMGO two-post lift platforms, including BP-9X and BP-10 base plate lifts, as well as OH-9, OH-10, OHX-10, and OHX-10H overhead models. Once installed, they integrate with the existing arm and pad system without requiring modifications to the lift itself, making them a straightforward upgrade for shops that regularly handle mixed fleets.

This accessory is best suited for commercial repair shops, fleet maintenance facilities, tire and suspension specialists, and heavy truck service centers. It’s especially useful in environments where technicians frequently work on wide-body trucks or vehicles with complex underframe layouts, offering a safer and more stable lifting interface when standard pads are not ideal.

The AMGO 20803 screw pad assembly set is designed to upgrade the contact points on AMGO 9,000–10,000 lb two-post lifts, giving technicians more control over vehicle positioning and support height. Each set includes four complete assemblies, built to replace standard pads with a more adjustable setup that improves how the lift engages with different chassis types.

What makes this kit useful in daily shop work is its versatile insert and rubber pad design. The screw-style adjustment allows each pad to be fine-tuned to match uneven lift points, helping ensure solid, level contact across a wide range of vehicles. The included rubber pads add a protective layer between the lift arm and the vehicle, reducing the risk of surface damage while maintaining a firm grip during lifting operations. This combination improves stability, especially when working with vehicles that have varied frame heights or reinforced underbody points.

The assemblies are engineered for straightforward installation on compatible AMGO two-post lifts, making them a practical upgrade without requiring modifications to the lift itself. Once installed, they help streamline setup time by reducing the need for additional blocking or manual adjustments during positioning.

This set is ideal for general repair shops, tire and alignment centers, and home garages using 9K–10K two-post lifts who want more flexibility when handling different vehicle types. It’s especially useful for technicians working on a mix of modern passenger vehicles and light trucks, where precise lift point engagement is critical for both safety and efficiency.

The AMGO 21004 Width Extension Kit is an installation accessory designed to increase the spacing between posts on the AMGO OHX-10 overhead two-post long lift. It adjusts the column width from 112-1/4" (2580 mm) to 118-1/8" (3000 mm), giving installers more flexibility when configuring the lift to match specific shop layouts or vehicle clearance needs.

What this kit changes in practical use is the available working space between the columns. The added width can improve vehicle entry and exit, especially for wider trucks, vans, and service vehicles. It also helps optimize installation in bays where spacing constraints or workflow design require a slightly wider lift footprint. This adjustment ensures the lift can better fit the environment without compromising its intended performance.

The extension kit is engineered to integrate directly with the OHX-10 structure, maintaining proper alignment and load distribution once installed. It becomes a permanent configuration change, allowing the lift to operate within the expanded width range while preserving safety and lifting stability.

This kit is best suited for professional installers, dealership service departments, and heavy-duty repair shops that need to customize lift spacing during installation to accommodate different bay dimensions or vehicle profiles.
