Atlas 200 Series Right-Hand Assist Arm

The Atlas RHA-SA is a right-hand assist arm built for Atlas 200 series swing-arm tire changers, designed specifically for run-flat and low-profile tires where standard mounting and demounting technique isn't enough. A separate toggle control valve lets the operator set the arm at the correct height independently, then apply air pressure to drive the attachment up or down — pressing or pulling the stiff sidewall section of the tire onto or off the rim with controlled mechanical force rather than manual effort.

In practical terms, the toggle valve gives the operator two independent adjustments: position the arm where it needs to be, then control the pressing or pulling action separately. That precision matters on run-flats and stiff low-profile sidewalls where uncontrolled force risks bead or rim damage. The included pressing/pulling disk and roller arm handle both directions of the job without swapping attachments.
