What sets the 412A apart is its built-in alignment system, including slip plates and alignment turntables engineered to stay perfectly level with each other. This eliminates the need for external alignment setups and helps technicians work with consistent geometry across a wide range of vehicles. The turntables can be repositioned along the runways to match different wheelbases, while steel cover plates allow the lift to convert back into a standard service or storage platform when alignment work isn’t needed. The lift retains the core Atlas 412 structure, using a high-strength cable lifting system with an under-runway oversized hydraulic cylinder, which improves leveling performance and protects key components compared to exposed chain-and-cylinder designs. Additional features include air-operated single-point lock release, double safety locking system, diamond-plated runways, and integrated runway tracks for optional rolling bridge jack use.
This package also includes two Atlas RJ6 rolling bridge jacks, each with a 6,000 lb. capacity, allowing technicians to lift vehicles off the runways for tire, brake, and suspension service without additional equipment.
