The Atlas BP8000 is an 8,000 lb baseplate two-post lift designed for low-ceiling home garages and small shops where a standard overhead two-post won't fit. At 108 inches (9 feet) of total column height, it installs in spaces with ceilings as low as 9 feet 3 inches — the compact column profile that makes a two-post viable in a standard residential garage. Note: the BP8000 is rated for hobbyist and light home use — not intended for heavy commercial applications. Delivery requires access for a 53-foot truck. Dual hydraulic chain-drive cylinders handle the lifting, and a double safety lock system provides redundant hold at working height.
