The Atlas Maxima ML-4034BC four-column mobile lift system is a 74,000 lb capacity ALI-certified mobile lifting solution designed for heavy-duty commercial service of trucks, buses, and fleet equipment. Each column is rated at 18,500 lbs, and the system operates as a synchronized set, allowing four independently mobile columns to lift a full vehicle without requiring a permanent in-ground or fixed-post installation.
At its core, the ML-4034BC is built around battery-powered mobility and electronic synchronization. Each column runs on a 24V DC dual-battery system with a 2.2 kW motor, and includes a built-in hydraulic pallet jack so a single technician can reposition it across a level concrete surface. Once positioned, the system lifts in unison across all four columns, with electronic synchronization ensuring consistent height across the set. Power is recharged through a standard 110V outlet, and each charge supports approximately 10–20 lift cycles depending on load.
The system is engineered for flexible fleet environments. It can be used indoors or outdoors on properly reinforced concrete (minimum 6" thick), making it suitable for fleet yards, fire stations, transit depots, and municipal service areas where fixed lifts are not practical. Adjustable forks accommodate tire diameters from 19" to 44", covering everything from light-duty trucks to full-size commercial buses and tractors.
Operator control is consistent across all columns. Each unit features an LCD height display, emergency stop, and Single / Pair / All mode selector, allowing technicians to run the system from any position around the vehicle. Safety is reinforced through a dual system of hydraulic flow control and mechanical locking at the lift point, ensuring the load remains secure even in the event of hydraulic pressure loss.
This model is best suited for high-capacity fleet maintenance operations, government vehicle depots, heavy equipment service centers, and commercial truck shops that need maximum lifting power with full mobility and scalable expansion options (6 or 8 columns as needed).
Built-in hydraulic pallet jack moves each column on level concrete.ALI Certified to ANSI/ALI ALCTV-2011; MET listed.
