The PTC300 tire changer is built to handle frequent car and light truck tire service with a focus on efficiency and control. It supports external rim clamping from 10" to 24" and internal locking from 12" to 26", with a maximum tire diameter of 43 inches and wheel widths up to 15 inches. Its extra-large star-shaped turntable and 6,924 lb bead-breaker force (at 145 PSI) provide strong, consistent separation on stiff sidewalls. A left-hand assist arm with pressing and lifting disk helps reduce manual strain during run-flat and low-profile tire work, while the built-in beadblaster improves seating on difficult assemblies. The PWB90XL wheel balancer brings a more automated, software-driven workflow to balancing. A laser line and LED-illuminated wheel housing improve precision during weight placement, while the high-resolution video interface walks through multiple balancing modes including static, dynamic, ALU-S, FES split, OPF, and NWN (no-wheel-needed). With a 7-second cycle time and 1-gram accuracy, it is designed for continuous shop throughput rather than occasional use.
