The PTC600 tire changer is built around a tilt-back rim clamp design with a pneumatic locking mount/demount head, which keeps the head locked in position during operation to reduce movement and protect rims. It supports a wide range of wheels with 10"–27" external clamping, 12"–29" internal clamping, up to 43" tire diameter, and 16" bead-breaker width capacity, making it suitable for modern passenger and light truck applications. A right-hand assist arm handles bead pressing and rolling, reducing technician effort on run-flat and stiff sidewall tires. The system uses a 110V high-torque electric turntable (7 RPM), air-operated jaws and bead breaker (120–145 PSI external air required), an anodized aluminum bead-breaker cylinder, and an integrated bead-blast system for consistent bead seating. It also includes a FRL air prep system, inflator gauge box, tire tools, and protective accessories, with replacement wear parts kept in stock. Some assembly is required after delivery.

The PWB90XL wheel balancer is a high-end 3D video balancing system designed for speed and precision in daily shop use. It features Super Automatic 3D data entry, where a single gauge captures rim offset and diameter while touchless sonar measures rim width, removing manual measuring steps. After spin, a laser line guides exact weight placement, while an LED-lit chamber improves visibility inside the wheel. The system supports static, dynamic, ALU-S, Optimatch, FES split, and OPF/OWF functions, along with multiple ALU alloy programs. It balances wheels with 1-gram accuracy at 1.4° resolution, displays results in multiple units, and includes self-calibration, self-diagnostics, USB updates, and NWN (No Wheel Needed) operation. No floor anchoring is required.
