Atlas Scissor Lift Support Bar Kit

The Atlas® Support Bar System is a scissor lift accessory designed to safely lift heavier SUVs and pickup trucks with narrow frame designs. It works by redistributing vehicle weight away from the inner edges of a scissor lift platform and shifting it toward the center, helping reduce uneven loading when lifting certain trucks and body-on-frame vehicles.

On many scissor lifts, narrower truck frames can concentrate force toward the inside edges of the platforms. Over time, that can create instability or limit where a vehicle can be safely positioned. This support bar system solves that by providing a solid, rubber-coated contact surface that sits on the lift platform and prevents sliding, while guiding the load toward a more balanced center point. The result is more stable lifting and improved compatibility with a wider range of vehicles.

Each bar includes adjustable lift pads and multiple adapter heights (4 short and 4 tall adapters), allowing technicians to match different frame configurations and pickup points. This flexibility makes it easier to position vehicles correctly without struggling to find secure lift points or relying on makeshift blocks.

When used as a pair, the system provides a combined support capacity of 8,000 lbs, making it suitable for most light trucks and SUVs commonly serviced in general repair shops or advanced home garages with scissor lift setups.
