At its core, the TC221 uses a rim clamp turntable with adjustable jaws that can be positioned in three different settings along the slide system. This allows the machine to handle a wide range of wheel sizes, from smaller ATV and motorcycle rims to standard passenger car wheels. The jaws are designed to securely hold the wheel while minimizing the risk of damage, and plastic jaw covers are included to protect delicate alloy finishes.
The side-mounted bead breaker is built to handle stubborn or corroded tire beads while keeping force controlled and directed away from the rim surface. Combined with the swing-arm design, it provides a straightforward workflow for mounting and demounting tires efficiently. The machine operates using an electric turntable and air-assisted bead breaker and clamps (external air supply required), keeping operation simple while maintaining strong mechanical performance.
A metal mount/demount head with replaceable plastic inserts helps reduce contact damage during tire changes, and standard accessories such as an inflation gun with gauge, lubrication bucket, and tire tool are included to support day-to-day operation right out of the box. While it does not include a bead blaster, optional motorcycle and ATV adapters are available for expanded capability.
