The Atlas® TC229 + PWB50 combination package is built for shops that want a reliable, no-nonsense tire service setup with a clear focus on speed and consistency. The TC229 rim-clamp swing arm tire changer handles standard passenger and light truck wheels with a built-in bead breaker and integrated beadblaster system, making it easier to seat stiff or low-profile tires without extra equipment. Its adjustable jaws and three-position clamping system help it adapt to a wide range of rim sizes, while plastic protection on the mount head and jaws reduces the risk of scratching alloy wheels. It runs on 110V power and requires external air supply for operation.

Paired with it, the Atlas Platinum PWB50 Wheel Balancer delivers a fast, structured balancing process designed for high-throughput service. Italian-engineered components support automatic 2D data entry, eliminating manual measurements for offset and diameter, while the system guides the operator through weight placement using multiple balancing modes including static, dynamic, ALU, and specialty alloy programs. Features like OPTIMATCH, FES (split weight hiding), and OPF (opposite position placement) help reduce rework and improve finish quality on modern wheel designs.

Together, this combo is aimed at small commercial garages, tire shops, and service centers that need a dependable daily workflow for mounting and balancing without stepping into fully automated or high-capacity industrial systems. Both units are 110V, CE-approved, and designed for straightforward setup and operation, with the balancer backed by a 2-year parts-only warranty and the tire changer by a 1-year parts-only warranty.

Overall, this setup is a practical entry point into professional tire service—efficient enough for steady volume, but simple enough to run without a steep learning curve.
