The Atlas® TC755EZ is a tilt-back, rim-clamp tire changer built on the TC755 platform and upgraded with a single E-Z assist arm system. It is designed for professional tire shops and dealerships that need added control when working with modern tire types, but prefer a more streamlined setup than dual-arm configurations. Note: requires an external air supply and proper shop setup, and delivery must accommodate a 53' truck.
The main upgrade is the EZ Assist Arm, mounted on the right side of the machine. It combines the most useful functions of assist systems into one unit, including a pressing/lifting disk, bead roller, and pressing block. In practical terms, this gives the operator better leverage and control when handling stiff sidewall, low-profile, or run-flat tires, reducing the amount of manual force needed and making difficult mounting jobs more predictable and less physically demanding.
The TC755EZ keeps the same core structure as the TC755 series. The tilt-back column design clears the working area for faster mounting and demounting, while the pneumatic locking mount/demount head helps maintain tool stability and reduces the risk of rim contact. Its extra-large turntable is capable of handling most wheels up to 26-inch chrome rims without adapters. The built-in Beadblaster system helps seat hard-to-inflate tires, and the side-mounted bead breaker provides strong, controlled force for stubborn or corroded beads. Adjustable three-position jaws allow flexible clamping across a wide range of wheel sizes, while protective covers help reduce rim damage during repeated use.
This model is best suited for busy tire shops, automotive dealerships, and service centers that handle a steady mix of standard and performance tires and want a balance between productivity, operator assistance, and shop efficiency without stepping up to a full dual-assist setup.
