The TC755 is a tilt-back column design — the column pivots back to give clearance for larger and low-profile tires that a fixed-column machine struggles with. The EZ assist arm handles the mount and demount force on stiff sidewalls, reducing the physical effort per tire and the risk of rim damage on alloy wheels. The metal mount/demount head accepts replaceable plastic inserts to protect sensitive rims, and the built-in Beadblaster seats stubborn beads without a separate tool. Adjustable jaws offer three mounting positions for rim size flexibility, and a column-mounted inflator with gauge keeps the inflation step at the machine.

The WB49-2 handles the back half of the workflow. Automatic 3D data entry captures wheel dimensions without manual measurement, and auto-positioning moves the wheel to the correct weight placement position automatically. The split-weight function hides balance weights behind spokes on alloy wheels where exposed weights aren't acceptable.
