The Atlas TD6000CNA is the Ravaglioli "Spirit" heavy-duty truck wheel alignment system — a portable, no-roll-back aligner built for trucks, trailers, coaches, buses, and multi-axle vehicles. It's manufactured by Ravaglioli, one of Europe's longest-established alignment manufacturers, and comes as a complete kit: trolley cart, four 8-CCD Bluetooth wireless sensor heads, magnetically backed Windows 10 tablet, calibration package, trailer alignment package, and a full set of clamps and turntables. Note: ships freight — delivery location must accommodate a 53-foot truck.

The no-roll-back design is the operationally significant feature. Standard heavy-duty truck alignments require rolling the vehicle forward and back to compensate for sensor position — the Spirit system completes the entire procedure with the vehicle stationary, which is a meaningful time saving in a commercial bay running back-to-back alignments. Each of the four sensor heads functions as a fully independent remote control, so the technician stays at the wheel rather than walking to a console between adjustments. The four-sided measuring geometry — one head per side of the vehicle — enables collision measurements and calibration tracking beyond standard alignment work. Two Head Steer Axle Mode further reduces time on steer-axle alignments specifically. The Teq-Link app exports alignment records and receives workflow reports, so finished documentation goes directly to fleet customers without rerunning paperwork.
