The Atlas TD8060NA is a Ravaglioli "Express" fully portable heavy-duty truck alignment system built around four Bluetooth 8CCD sensor heads and a full-size modular cabinet with a 24-inch monitor and Windows 10 PC — a complete single-technician alignment station for trucks, trailers, coaches, buses, and multi-axle vehicles. No roll-back operation means the system works on parked vehicles and in bays with limited rolling clearance, and the WiFi and Bluetooth wireless architecture between the sensor heads, cabinet, and PC eliminates floor cables across a bay already occupied by a long-wheelbase commercial vehicle. Built by Ravaglioli in Europe and backed by U.S.-based service and remote technical support. Delivery requires access for a 53-foot truck.

Each of the four sensor heads functions as a fully independent remote control, so the technician operates the system from wherever they're standing around the vehicle rather than returning to the cabinet between measurements. Two-head steer axle mode completes front-end-only alignments faster without setting up the full four-head configuration — the workflow for shops where steer axle work makes up the majority of commercial alignment jobs. A four-side measuring path supports collision measurement and calibration tracking alongside standard alignments, and the TEQ-LINK app exports printouts and workflow reports for fleet customer documentation. The premium alignment software covers both heavy-duty commercial and light-truck vehicles, and the vast vehicle database receives free software updates — vehicle specification updates are licensed separately.
