Atlas TTC305A Truck Tire Changer + WBT-210 Heavy Duty Wheel Balancer Combo

The Atlas TTC305A and WBT-210 is a matched fully automatic truck tire changer and balancer combo sized for commercial tire operations handling medium-duty trucks, buses, and larger light commercial vehicles. The TTC305A covers rim bore sizes from 8" to 26" and tire diameters in excess of 55" with a maximum tire width of 30.5 inches — the range that covers standard over-the-road commercial and medium-duty truck tires without stepping up to the larger TTC306's agricultural and earthmover capacity. The WBT-210 balances the full range from 14-inch passenger car rims through 300-lb semi-truck tires, covering the balancing side of the same vehicle range. Both machines carry a 1-year parts warranty. Delivery requires access for a 53-foot truck.

The TTC305A's automatic movement and positioning of the bead tool, carriage, and chuck arm runs from a mounted control unit with additional foot pedal controls, keeping the operator's hands on the tire during the critical bead and sidewall phases. Interchangeable mount/demount and roller heads adapt the tooling to different tire types and profiles without a separate machine, and the electric/hydraulic self-centering four-jaw chuck with 5 rim locking positions clamps consistently across the 8"–26" rim range. Included tooling covers the full size range: heavy-duty tire tool, rim clamps for steel and alloy wheels, and alloy rim adapter set with plastic inserts. On the balancer, the WBT-210's 40mm heavy-duty shaft handles standard car and truck cones, the included BUDD-style truck adapter set covers most commercial wheel configurations, and a pneumatic wheel lift (external air supply required) manages loading on heavy assemblies. Self-diagnosis with error code display keeps both machines serviceable in-shop.

This combo is built for commercial tire centers and fleet service operations that handle medium-duty truck, bus, and larger light commercial tires at volume, and for shops that need full-range commercial capability — changer and balancer matched on the same size range — without the 3-phase power requirement and larger footprint of the TTC306.
