The Atlas TTC306 is a 220V 3-phase automated truck tire changer built for high-volume commercial tire operations that service the full range of large-format tires — over-the-road semi, agricultural, off-road, super single, and skidder tires across rim sizes from 14" to 56" and tire diameters in excess of 97", with a maximum tire width of 53 inches. The wired mobile control unit — upgradeable to wireless — lets the operator position the bead breaker disc, carriage, and chuck arm automatically from anywhere around the tire rather than returning to a fixed console between steps. On a 97-inch earthmover tire where the operator needs both hands and full positional access, remote control isn't a convenience feature — it's the practical requirement for safe, efficient operation. Delivery requires access for a 53-foot truck. Backed by a 1-year parts warranty.
The 2-speed hydraulic chuck with 5 rim locking positions and electric/hydraulic self-centering four-jaw chuck handle consistent clamping across the full 14"–56" rim range without manual adjustment between wheel sizes. The wireless upgrade eliminates floor cables in a bay where a 97-inch tire is already occupying most of the working space, and gives the control console full mobility around the service area. Included tooling covers the full size range without additional purchases: heavy-duty tire tool, rim clamps for steel and alloy wheels, alloy rim adapter set with plastic inserts, and clamping extensions.
The TTC306 is built for high-volume truck tire centers that handle both standard over-the-road wheel assemblies and large agricultural and off-road tires on the same machine, agricultural equipment dealers and mine site service operations that need a changer rated for the largest tires in their fleet, and any operation where the alternative is a dedicated agricultural changer alongside a separate commercial truck machine.
