The Atlas TTC306 and WBT-210 is a matched heavy-duty truck tire changer and balancer combo built for operations that service large agricultural, earthmover, and over-the-road commercial tires. The TTC306 handles rim sizes from 14" to 56" and tire diameters in excess of 97" with a maximum tire width of 53 inches — the capacity range that covers everything from light commercial through the largest agricultural and construction equipment tires on a single machine. It runs on 220V 3-phase power. The WBT-210 balances the full range from 14-inch passenger car rims through 300-lb semi-truck tires, covering the same breadth on the balancing side. Delivery requires access for a 53-foot truck. Both machines carry a 1-year parts warranty.

The TTC306's wired mobile control unit (wireless optional) lets the operator position the bead breaker disc, carriage, and chuck arm automatically from anywhere around the tire — critical on a 97-inch earthmover tire where the operator needs to be at the tire, not at a fixed panel. The 2-speed hydraulic chuck with 5 rim locking positions and electric/hydraulic self-centering four-jaw chuck handle the clamping sequence consistently across the wide rim range, and included rim clamps for steel and alloy wheels, alloy rim adapter set with plastic inserts, clamping extensions, and heavy-duty tire tool cover the tooling needed for the full size range without additional purchases. The WBT-210's 40mm heavy-duty shaft accommodates standard car and truck cones, and the included BUDD-style truck adapter set handles most commercial wheel configurations. A pneumatic wheel lift (external air supply required) manages loading on heavy assemblies, and self-diagnosis with error code display keeps both machines serviceable in-shop.
