The Autel MaxiSYS IA1000 Frame Package is an automated ADAS calibration and four-wheel alignment frame designed to combine alignment checks and sensor calibration into one workflow. With 5-way robotic target positioning, six high-definition cameras, and 0.02° alignment accuracy, it replaces manual target measurements with guided positioning and automated adjustments. This package includes the AUTEL-CSC1000 calibration frame and accessory kit, but does not include the MaxiSys Ultra S2 tablet, IA1000 activation card, LDW targets, or digital target monitors. Note: installation requires approximately 13.2 ft × 17.5 ft of clear space, with at least 9 ft 1 in. ceiling clearance for full frame operation.
The IA1000 uses robotic movement to position ADAS targets in front-to-back, vertical, horizontal, pitch, roll, and yaw adjustments, helping technicians achieve repeatable calibration results with less setup time. Six cameras track the vehicle and frame position, while laser-guided placement supports ACC, AVM, NVS, and BSD calibration workflows. Automated floor compensation allows the system to maintain accuracy on level floors, sloped floors, or vehicle racks, while digital Go/No-Go validation confirms target placement before calibration continues.
Built for collision centers, alignment shops, and repair facilities handling modern vehicles, the IA1000 Frame Package provides the foundation for a scalable ADAS calibration system. Shops can expand coverage with additional LDW targets, digital target displays, or All Systems packages without replacing the frame. When paired with the required MaxiSys Ultra S2 tablet and IA1000 software activation, it supports U.S., Asian, and European vehicles from 1996 and newer with OEM-based alignment and calibration procedures.
