Autel IA1000ASTDT All-Systems ADAS Calibration & Wheel Alignment System with LDW Digital Targets and MaxiSYS Ultra S2 Tablet

The Autel IA1000ASTDT is the complete All-Systems configuration of the MaxiSYS IA1000 automated ADAS calibration and wheel alignment platform. It combines the IA1000 calibration frame, MaxiSYS Ultra S2 tablet, LDW physical targets, three 27-inch digital LDW target monitors, and the All Systems Calibration Equipment kit for camera, radar, LIDAR, Night Vision, AVM, ACC, and BSD calibration workflows. With six high-definition cameras, robotic target positioning, and laser-guided pattern placement, the system replaces manual target measuring with a guided process designed for collision centers, dealerships, and high-volume repair facilities.

The IA1000 uses five-way robotic positioning to automatically adjust front-to-back movement, vertical and horizontal crossbar placement, plus pitch, roll, and yaw corrections. Six HD cameras (3072 × 2048 pixels each) track the vehicle and frame position, while laser-guided floor patterns simplify placement for AVM, ACC, NVS, and BSD calibrations. The included digital LDW monitors automatically display the correct calibration pattern, reducing the need to store and swap multiple physical targets. Automated unlevel floor compensation also allows calibration on level floors, sloped shop surfaces, or on a rack.

Built around the included MaxiSYS Ultra S2, the IA1000ASTDT combines diagnostics, alignment, and ADAS calibration in one workflow. The system provides four-wheel alignment measurements beyond camber, caster, and toe, including thrust angle, SAI, and toe-out-on-turns, while generating pre-scan and post-scan reports that document faults, target positions, and completed calibrations. It is designed for shops working on U.S., Asian, and European vehicles from 1996 and newer that need a scalable solution for modern safety-system service.

Features

Five-way robotic target positioning
Automated vertical, horizontal, front-to-back, and angle adjustments position ADAS targets with minimal technician input. The system eliminates manual measuring and shimming by guiding setup through the tablet interface.

HD cameras with laser-guided positioning
Six HD tracking cameras and precision wheel clamp targets provide 0.02° positioning accuracy. Laser floor patterns simplify AVM, ACC, NVS, and BSD calibration setup.

Digital LDW target monitors included
The IA1000ASTDT includes three 27-inch digital target displays that automatically project calibration patterns, adjust brightness, and reduce the need for physical target storage.

Unlevel floor compensation
Supports level floor, unlevel floor, and on-rack setups. The system automatically compensates for slope and rack tilt during calibration.

Integrated four-wheel alignment
Provides alignment measurements including camber, caster, toe, thrust angle, SAI, and component diagnostics within the same ADAS workflow.

MaxiSYS Ultra S2 diagnostic tablet included
Includes the 13.7-inch MaxiSYS Ultra S2 tablet and MaxiFlash VCMI2 for vehicle diagnostics, coding, adaptations, active tests, and OE-level system analysis.

Pre- and post-scan reporting
Generates documented calibration reports with target placement verification and completed procedures for insurance and customer records.

Remote Expert and Guided ADAS
Provides access to OE-level assistance and allows integration with OEM laptops or subscriptions when required.

• Vehicle coverage: Supports U.S., Asian, and European vehicles from 1996 and newer for diagnostics and alignment, with ADAS coverage based on Autel’s published calibration database.

• Calibration capabilities: Performs static and dynamic ADAS calibrations plus four-wheel alignment procedures.

• Supported ADAS systems: Calibrates forward-facing cameras, AVM (Around View Monitor), ACC radar, NVS (Night Vision System), BSD (Blind Spot Detection), LDW (Lane Departure Warning) using physical or digital targets, plus LIDAR and Rear Collision Warning when included with the All Systems Calibration Equipment kit.
