The Autel IA900WA MaxiSYS ADAS Calibration and Wheel Alignment Frame combines four-wheel alignment and ADAS calibration capabilities into a single mobile system. Using six high-resolution cameras, a motor-driven crossbar, and a compatible MaxiSYS tablet, the IA900WA handles vehicle positioning, alignment measurements, and ADAS target placement from one workspace. It supports U.S., Asian, and European passenger vehicles from 1996 and newer, helping shops complete alignment and calibration procedures without moving vehicles between separate stations.
The optical positioning system uses six 3072 × 2048 pixel cameras to automatically identify targets, calculate frame position, and guide technicians through setup with real-time onscreen feedback. The motorized crossbar adjusts height automatically and tracks vehicle movement on the lift, while features like Unlevel Floor Compensation, wheel-off mode, raised-vehicle adjustment, and bump-steer analysis help technicians handle more complex alignment situations. The same MaxiSYS workflow also supports ADAS calibration, pre- and post-scans, steering angle resets, and detailed service documentation.
Designed for collision repair facilities, dealerships, alignment shops, and ADAS service centers, the IA900WA helps replace separate alignment and calibration workstations with one integrated platform. The system provides detailed alignment measurements including camber, caster, toe, thrust angle, SAI, and wheelbase data, while generating professional reports for customers, insurers, and shop records. This listing includes the IA900WA frame and accessory kit only; the MaxiSYS Ultra tablet, VCI, and software licenses are sold separately.
Features
Combined wheel alignment and ADAS calibration The IA900WA uses one frame for both alignment and ADAS calibration. Built-in cameras and wheel targets measure frame position and guide setup with onscreen prompts.
Six-camera optical positioning Six high-resolution cameras automatically detect targets for fast and accurate frame placement without manual measurements.
Automatic crossbar adjustment The motorized crossbar adjusts height with one button and automatically follows lift movement. Folding arms simplify storage and transport.
Unlevel-floor compensation Compensates for uneven floors or rack setups to maintain accurate ADAS calibration.
Integrated alignment software Wheel alignment, diagnostics, steering-angle reset, and ADAS calibration run through the MaxiSYS tablet with no separate PC required.
Advanced alignment measurements Measures camber, caster, toe, thrust angle, SAI, setback, rolling diameter, and other alignment data.
Tire inspection functions Captures tread depth and tire pressure data and includes it in service reports.
Guided ADAS calibration workflow Provides step-by-step instructions for frame positioning, target alignment, calibration, and documentation.
Pre- and post-scan reports Documents vehicle faults, calibration results, alignment data, and repair information for customer and insurance records.
Vehicle network and service information Displays module status, wiring diagrams, repair information, and service data directly through the MaxiSYS tablet.
