The Autel MaxiSYS IA1000T is a complete automated ADAS calibration and wheel alignment system that combines the IA1000 robotic calibration frame with the included MaxiSYS Ultra S2 diagnostic tablet. Designed for collision centers, dealerships, and ADAS calibration shops, it integrates advanced diagnostics, four-wheel alignment, and sensor calibration into one workflow. With five-way robotic target positioning, six high-definition cameras, and 0.02° alignment accuracy, the IA1000T reduces manual setup time while helping technicians follow OEM calibration procedures.
The IA1000T automates ADAS target placement using robotic front-to-back, vertical, horizontal, pitch, roll, and yaw adjustments. Six cameras track vehicle and frame position, while laser-guided placement handles Blind Spot, ACC, and AVM patterns with repeatable accuracy. Automated unlevel floor compensation allows the system to maintain calibration precision on standard shop floors, vehicle racks, or slightly sloped surfaces. The included MaxiSYS Ultra S2 tablet manages vehicle diagnostics, calibration procedures, pre-scan and post-scan reports, and advanced system analysis through one connected platform.
Built for shops working on modern vehicles, the IA1000T provides a scalable solution for ADAS service and alignment operations. It delivers detailed alignment measurements beyond camber, caster, and toe, including thrust angle, SAI, and other diagnostic values that help identify suspension or chassis issues. Digital Go/No-Go validation confirms target positioning before calibration continues, while OEM-based reporting supports insurance documentation and repair records. Optional digital LDW target monitors can be added later to expand the system without replacing the core frame.
