The BelAire 6061V puts a 3.5 HP single-phase motor, a solid cast iron single-stage pump, and a 60-gallon vertical ASME tank into a compact package. It delivers 14.6 CFM at 40 PSI and 12.4 CFM at 100 PSI, with a 135 PSI maximum. The single-stage design keeps the machine simpler and less expensive than BelAire’s two-stage models, while the cast iron pump provides a more serviceable alternative to the aluminum pumps common in this size. Note: the published electrical information conflicts between 208/230V single-phase and 120/240V single-phase; confirm the factory configuration before installing a circuit. A 30-amp breaker is listed.
The belt-driven pump compresses air in one stage, which means 135 PSI is the pressure ceiling and the compressor is best suited to intermittent air demand rather than continuous use with sanders or blasting equipment. The 60-gallon receiver gives the motor a larger air reserve, reducing how frequently it needs to cycle during lighter-duty work. Its splash-lubricated cast iron pump is belt driven and includes a fully enclosed belt guard, while the start/stop pressure switch controls operation. There is no aftercooler, dryer, regulator, or oil sight glass, so air treatment and moisture management are handled separately. The documentation also lists the tank outlet as both 1/2" and 1/4"; confirm the fitting size before purchasing connections.
At 30" long × 22" wide × 68" tall and 261 lbs, the 6061V is designed for garages and shops where floor space matters. It makes sense for home mechanics, DIY workshops, and light commercial service using impact tools, tire equipment, blow-off, or other intermittent applications. It is not the right choice for continuous high-demand tools or applications requiring more than its 135 PSI maximum.

Certification, Stated Plainly
The tank and safety valve are built to the American pressure-vessel code. That certification covers the vessel's design, welding, inspection and relief valve. It is not a third-party safety listing for the complete electrical machine.
If your insurer, landlord or local authority requires a listed assembly, ask us to confirm the available documentation in writing before ordering.
Shipping & Delivery
Ships by freight to the lower 48 states, with freight included. At 261 lbs and 68" tall, this is one of the lighter machines in the BelAire vertical range.
Residential delivery carries an additional fee. Terminal pickup is an alternative if you prefer to collect the compressor yourself.
Plan unloading before delivery. You will need a loading dock, forklift or suitable hoist and enough people to safely handle the crate. The receiver is responsible for unloading.
Inspect before signing. Check the shroud, belt guard, gauges, tank and pallet for damage. Record any issues on the delivery paperwork with the driver present and photograph them before accepting the shipment.
Warranty
This model includes a 1-Year factory warranty for consumer and commercial use, shorter than the coverage on BelAire's two-stage models.
If a problem develops, open the warranty claim before disassembling the machine. Keep the affected components intact so the manufacturer can inspect the failure. Contact us first and we will help start the claim.
