The BelAire 3G3HHL is a 13 HP gas-powered compressor with a Honda GX390 engine, 25.3 CFM at 100 PSI and 175 PSI maximum pressure, built specifically for mobile service applications. Its key advantage is the dual starting system: a 12-volt electric key start can be connected to a vehicle's electrical system, while a recoil starter provides a backup if the battery is unavailable. The compressor uses a 30-gallon horizontal ASME tank and measures approximately 45" × 19" × 45", weighing 378 lbs. Note: this is a gasoline engine and must be operated outdoors or in genuinely open air, never inside an enclosed garage, vehicle body or other confined space.
The two-stage belt-driven pump uses an aluminum cylinder with a cast-iron sleeve and splash lubrication, with an oil sight glass for quick level checks. It delivers enough airflow for demanding mobile equipment such as impact tools, chippers and other air-powered tools, while the 30-gallon tank provides additional reserve as the engine-driven pump keeps supplying air. An automatic idle function reduces engine speed when air demand drops, helping limit fuel consumption and noise between jobs. The truck-mount control panel and easy-read pressure gauge keep the operating information visible from the work area, while the EZ Pull tank drain makes condensate removal easier without requiring tools. There is no aftercooler, so moisture management at the tool or downstream equipment may be necessary for sensitive applications.
This compressor is designed for service trucks, mobile mechanics, fleet and roadside repair crews, construction teams, farms and remote worksites where electrical power is unavailable or impractical. Its horizontal tank keeps the center of gravity relatively low for vehicle mounting, but the 378-lb machine still requires a properly engineered mounting structure capable of handling vehicle movement and braking forces. Leave adequate clearance for engine cooling, exhaust and recoil access, and plan the 12-volt connection before installation. Vehicle-specific mounting hardware, hoses and moisture-control equipment are not included.

Certification, Stated Plainly
The tank is ASME rated and includes a safety valve. This certification applies to the pressure vessel, not the engine, starting circuit or complete machine.
The product data does not claim a third-party North American safety listing beyond the tank rating. If your employer, insurer or site requirements call for specific equipment listings or engine emissions documentation, ask us to confirm the available paperwork in writing before ordering.
Shipping & Delivery
Ships by freight to the lower 48 states on a pallet. At 378 lbs, plan for a loading dock, forklift or pallet jack with level, hard ground for unloading.
Terminal pickup may be a practical option, especially if the compressor is being collected with the service vehicle it will be mounted on. Residential deliveries carry an additional fee, quoted with shipping at checkout.
Inspect before signing. Check the engine, control panel, gauge, belt guard and tank for damage. Record any issues on the delivery paperwork with the driver present and take photographs before accepting the shipment.
Warranty
The unit includes a 2-Year full factory warranty, with no additional purchase required. The Honda engine has separate manufacturer warranty coverage through Honda's service network.
The warranty documents supplied with the machine govern coverage, so keep them with your purchase records. If a problem develops, do not disassemble the pump, engine or starting circuit before opening a claim. Contact us first so the manufacturer can inspect the affected components intact.
