At 501 lbs, plan for a forklift, loading dock or pallet jack on level ground. Terminal pickup is an alternative if you do not have suitable unloading equipment. Residential delivery carries an additional fee.
Inspect the shipment before signing. Check the engine, pump, tank and fittings with the driver present. Record any damage or shortages on the bill of lading and photograph the shipment before moving it.
