EMAX provides separate warranty coverage for the rotary screw compressor and the refrigerated dryer, with both warranties beginning on the date of delivery.
Rotary screw compressor warranty
The standard warranty covers the rotary screw pump and all components, including the electric motor, against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year. It also includes one year of warranty labor performed by an authorized technician. For the first 180 days, EMAX covers ground freight costs for warranty replacement parts.
Coverage can be extended through EMAX’s SMART OIL maintenance program. With this program, warranty coverage increases to 10 years for the rotary screw pump and three-phase motor or 5 years for a single-phase motor, with 5-year coverage on most other components. Enrolling in the SMART OIL auto-ship program further extends the rotary screw pump to a limited lifetime warranty that is non-prorated and has no hour limit.
Extended and lifetime warranty coverage requires following EMAX’s recommended maintenance schedule and using genuine EMAX SMART OIL and approved filters for all required oil and filter changes.
Refrigerated dryer warranty
The refrigerated air dryer includes a 1-year warranty covering materials, workmanship, and parts, along with one year of warranty labor. Coverage can be extended to 3 years with product registration and completion of EMAX’s required dryer-filter maintenance schedule.
