EMAX provides separate warranty coverage for the rotary screw compressor and the refrigerated dryer.
The rotary screw compressor includes a 1-year standard warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, covering the rotary screw pump, electric motor, and all components. The warranty also includes one year of labor coverage from an authorized technician.
The refrigerated dryer carries its own 1-year standard warranty covering parts, materials, and workmanship, with one year of warranty labor included.
Extended coverage is available through EMAX’s maintenance-based programs. By following the required EMAX SMART OIL maintenance schedule, customers can qualify for extended compressor coverage, including a limited lifetime warranty on the rotary screw pump, along with additional coverage for the motor and other components. The refrigerated dryer warranty can also be extended to 3 years.
