The EMAX ERVK070003-208 is a factory-assembled 7.5 HP rotary screw air compressor package designed for shops that need reliable compressed air throughout the workday. It combines an oil-injected rotary screw air end, a 120-gallon horizontal receiver tank, and an integrated 30 CFM refrigerated air dryer into one ready-to-connect system. Running on 208–230V three-phase power, it delivers 29 CFM at up to 145 PSI and supports up to 100% duty cycle operation, making it a strong fit for applications where consistent airflow matters more than short bursts of output.

The rotary screw air end provides continuous airflow with an estimated 100,000-hour pump life, while the integrated refrigerated dryer removes moisture before it reaches air tools, piping, and equipment. A swing-arm dryer mount allows the dryer to move away from the compressor cabinet for easier maintenance access. The dual-timer automatic drain removes condensate on a scheduled cycle, and the multi-belt V-drive helps reduce belt strain, vibration, and wear during extended operation.

• Swing-Arm Dryer Mount: The dryer is mounted on a swing-arm assembly that pivots away from the compressor cabinet, creating additional space for routine maintenance, inspections, and service access.
• Dual-Timer Electric Auto Drain: The automatic electric tank drain removes accumulated moisture from the receiver tank on an adjustable cycle from 1 to 45 minutes. The open-duration setting can be customized, and an included air muffler reduces discharge noise during draining.
• Multi-Belt V-Belt Drive: The two-belt V-drive system uses wider B- and C-width belts to distribute power across a larger contact area. This reduces belt tension, minimizes strain on the motor and compressor bearings, lowers vibration and noise, and helps extend drive-system service life.

Warranty

EMAX backs the compressor with a 1-year standard warranty covering defects in materials, workmanship, and parts, including the rotary screw pump and electric motor, along with one year of warranty labor from an authorized technician. The integrated refrigerated air dryer includes its own 1-year warranty covering parts and labor.

Optional extended warranty plans are available. With the compressor extended plan, coverage can be extended up to 10 years for the rotary screw pump and three-phase motor, with other components covered for up to 5 years. The dryer warranty can be extended to 3 years. Extended coverage requires registration and compliance with EMAX’s maintenance schedule, including the use of EMAX SMART OIL™ and genuine replacement filters. Break-in oil and filters must be replaced at 600 hours, followed by scheduled service annually or every 4,000 hours.

For warranty repairs, EMAX covers ground freight on warranty parts for the first 180 days. After that period, freight costs for warranty parts are the owner’s responsibility.

To maintain dryer warranty coverage, install the system in a clean, well-ventilated area with ambient temperatures below 100°F. Avoid installation in dusty environments such as concrete, granite, or marble facilities unless the unit is placed in a dedicated dust-free, ventilated space.
