2-Year Extended Warranty

Add 2 years of extended protection to eligible Katool or M&E automotive equipment. This warranty extends the standard 12-month coverage by an additional 24 months and includes free shipping on approved replacement parts within 5 business days of claim approval.

Important: One Warranty Per Equipment Item

Each warranty covers one equipment item only.

• Purchase one warranty for each eligible piece of equipment you want to cover.
• If you purchase two lifts, you must purchase two warranty units to cover both lifts.

What’s Covered

• Parts and components: Coverage for parts and pieces for the additional 24-month period, including but not limited to cylinders, power units, motors, displays, and electronic components.
• Replacement-part shipping: Free shipping on approved replacement parts within 5 business days of claim approval.

Warranty Claim Requirements

• All claims must be submitted to Katool and are subject to review and approval by the warranty/service department.
• Photos and/or videos documenting the original defect may be required.
• Do not disassemble the equipment before the issue has been verified and the claim has been approved.
• Equipment, components, or issues outside the terms of this warranty are not covered. The buyer is responsible for the full cost of replacement parts and applicable shipping charges in these cases.
• Labor is not covered.
