Shipping and Delivery

This unit ships by freight within the lower 48 states, with the current freight cost calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

We deliberately do not publish a fixed shipping figure because carrier rates vary by destination and can change over time. At this size and weight, unloading must be arranged before shipment. Plan for a suitable loading dock or forklift with sufficient capacity, or arrange pickup from the carrier's terminal if the delivery location cannot accommodate the freight.

Residential delivery carries an additional residential fee.

Warranty

The standard recorded warranty is 1 year for consumer use and 1 year for commercial use. An extended 3-year factory warranty is available, and the True Blue 5-Year Warranty applies when the machine is commissioned through a Quincy-authorized startup, subject to the applicable warranty terms.

Because authorized startup is a condition of the extended coverage, schedule it as part of the installation rather than treating it as an optional service afterward.

If a fault develops, stop the compressor and contact us before opening or dismantling anything. Unauthorized disassembly can complicate warranty evaluation and may affect coverage. Keep the unit intact until you have received instructions on how the issue should be handled.
