The two-stage pump uses a high-efficiency finned intercooler between compression stages to remove heat before the air reaches the second cylinder and is compressed to 175 PSI. Confirm These Two Things Before Ordering
Automatic drain & low-oil protection. Earlier descriptions mentioned an integrated condensate drain and low-oil shutdown, but the current specification lists neither. Plan to drain the receiver manually and monitor the oil through the sight glass. An automatic tank drain can be quoted as an add-on.

Choosing the Right Footprint
A vertical and horizontal receiver of the same capacity hold the same amount of air; the difference is the space they occupy.
This vertical model requires approximately 37" × 24" of floor space and 74" of height. Check for adequate clearance above the pump for servicing, including the oil fill and belt guard. Account for lighting, ductwork, sprinklers, mezzanines, and door tracks.
If ceiling height is tight, the horizontal version of this compressor may be a better fit.
What 22.6 CFM Supports
The pump's 22.6 CFM output determines how much air the compressor can continuously supply; the 80-gallon receiver buffers short demand peaks.
Size the compressor based on the tools you expect to run simultaneously, not simply the tools you own. Leave headroom above their combined continuous consumption. If your demand approaches 22.6 CFM, contact us before ordering.
How It's Built

Freight & Delivery
Ships by palletized freight throughout the lower 48. Plan for a forklift or pallet jack at delivery, or arrange terminal pickup with a suitable trailer. Residential delivery carries an additional fee. Freight is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Inspect before signing. Check the pallet, tank, guard, motor, and gauges. Record any damage on the bill of lading with the driver present. A clean signed receipt can make freight claims difficult.
