Its gear-driven airend eliminates belt maintenance and is built for a 100% duty cycle, while the included aftercooler manages discharge temperature before air enters your existing downstream system. Note: the machine ships wired for 460V 3-phase and includes a conversion kit for 230V 3-phase; electrical conversion and circuit sizing require a qualified electrician.

The gear drive connects the motor directly to the airend without belts to tension or replace, making it well suited to long, uninterrupted operating periods. A TEFC motor with Wye-Delta reduced-voltage starting helps control electrical inrush during startup, while synthetic lubrication, fluid monitoring, spin-on filters, and low-oil shutdown support reliable continuous operation. The Infologic2 Basic Controller provides pressure and temperature readings, alarm and auto-run indication, programmable operation, auto-restart, remote start/stop, and networking for up to six QGS units. Because this SKU has no receiver or integrated dryer, your existing plant system remains responsible for storage and final air treatment.

Will It Fit? Siting & Power

Footprint. The cabinet measures 52" L × 37.7" W × 61.3" H and weighs 1,184 lbs. It is deeper and more square than the dryer-equipped version of this 50 HP machine, so do not assume that model’s footprint applies. Leave adequate clearance for hinged doors and removable panels.

Electrical. Rated for 230/460V AC, 3-phase. It ships wired for 460V-3 with a kit for 230V-3; conversion should be performed by a licensed electrician. Quincy does not publish amp draw or breaker size, so your electrician should size the feeder and protection from the machine nameplate.

Air treatment is separate. This SKU has no integrated dryer. Moisture not removed by the aftercooler continues downstream into your piping. If your system requires dry air, specify the appropriate dryer and filtration separately. Site power, ventilation, air treatment and installation are the customer's responsibility.

Designed for Central Air Treatment

Built-in treatment is convenient for a standalone compressor; centralized treatment makes more sense in many multi-compressor plants. One central dryer can serve multiple machines while allowing different air-quality requirements for different applications.

This tankless, dryer-less configuration leaves storage and air treatment decisions to your facility. It is not a complete air system by itself: the specification lists 0-gallon tank capacity, so a receiver must be provided separately, as must drying equipment.

If you want the compressor, receiver and dryer packaged together, choose the packaged version.

Gear Drive & Continuous Operation

The airend is gear driven, eliminating belt tensioning and replacement. A 100% duty cycle rating supports continuous operation rather than intermittent use.

Premium synthetic lubrication, low oil carryover, constant fluid monitoring, spin-on fluid filters, an oil sight glass and low-oil shutdown protect the system during extended operation. The TEFC motor uses Wye-Delta reduced-voltage starting to reduce starting inrush.

A full sound enclosure helps control operating noise and vibration.

The Infologic2 Basic Controller supports programmable operation, auto-restart, remote start/stop and networking for up to six QGS units. The display provides run and alarm status along with pressure and temperature readings.

Shipping & Delivery

Freight is available within the lower 48 states, with shipping calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. At 1,184 lbs, the machine requires a loading dock or forklift for delivery. If neither is available, terminal pickup is an alternative.

Residential deliveries incur a residential fee when applicable.

Inspect the crate before signing. Photograph any damage and record it on the bill of lading while the driver is present. A clean signature can make concealed-damage claims difficult to pursue.

Warranty

Published standard coverage is 1 year for consumer and commercial use. An extended 3-year factory warranty is available, while the True Blue 5-Year Warranty applies when the machine is commissioned by a Quincy-authorized start-up provider. Confirm the applicable warranty before first operation.
